Beverly Hills may be the best-known zip code in America, and not just because of the ’90s television show with its name–this is the playground of the rich and famous. Take a stroll along Rodeo Drive, and you’re sure to see more luxury cars that you can count, and maybe even a few movie stars to boot. But, never fear: although this is definitely the place to splurge if you can, there are places for mere mortals to shop as well. We rounded up some of our favorite shops for you here.
Blue Violet Boutique
“Bohemian glam” is a good way to describe this beloved Beverly Hills boutique. Modern styles mixed with vintage appeal appeal to shoppers of all ages–think flirty tops, chunky jewelry, lacy tops, and statement hats. The store showcases L.A.-based independent designers, and many pieces are one-of-a-kind. The owner, Joanna, is great at helping put together a look, and unlike many Beverly Hills boutiques, the prices here are totally affordable–so you can buy more trinkets! For the fashionista who appreciates eclectic, feminine style, this is your spot.

Kyle by Alene Too
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans are familiar with this trendy Beverly HIlls boutique, the brainchild of the reality show’s longtime star Kyle Richards. If you’re wondering about the “Alene Too” part of the name–it’s a collaboration with Boca Raton-based boutique Alene Too. The Boca location, tucked inside a resort hotel, boasts an intimate feel, with mini concerts and trunk shows. Richards fell in love with the store when she did a book signing there, so when she opened her own digs in L.A., she partnered with the brand, who already had its own loyal fan base. From sexy skirts and dresses to denim, rompers and sleepwear, this is the perfect place to hit up on a weekend afternoon with your girlfriends.

Black-and-white, graphic colors, unique prints–you’ll find it all at Vertigo.

Ladies will find a great selection of high-quality dresses and colorful kimonos.

Lanvin
It took awhile–New York and Vegas locations came first–but Paris-based fashion house Lanvin finally opened an outpost on Rodeo Drive. This spacious boutique has fashions and accessories for both men and women. The clothes here have a hip, youthful vibe for sure, but work equally well in an upscale office setting, a first date, or having lunch with the gang. There’s an extensive sneaker collection, as well as handbags, accessories, backpacks and leather goods. And if bow ties are your thing, you’ll have found your nirvana.
