The updated survey by Luxury-Hotels.com compared rates at every upscale hotel across Paris in order to produce the latest findings. Comparisons were based on the cost of the cheapest double room during 2026 – the time of the year when hotels in Paris tend to charge their highest rates.
Visitors considering a stay at Villa Junot can expect to pay a minimum of $11,110 for the most affordable double room – the most expensive rate anywhere in the city. The second priciest Paris hotel is La Reserve Paris Hotel & Spa, where guests will pay at least $8,046 to stay within its lavish walls, and third is Bvlgari Hotel Paris, where guests will pay anything from $3,816 for a double room.

About the survey:
The survey was completely updated in 2026 and considered all luxury hotels with more than 10 rooms. For each hotel, the cheapest available rate for a double room during the peak season was recorded, based on prices given by leading hotel booking websites. Three-night stays were used as the source of comparison for the survey, excluding Sunday-Tuesday. More affordable rates may be available for stays of four nights or more.
