About the survey
The survey was conducted in January 2019 and covered every New Orleans hotel with at least 9 rooms. For each hotel, the cheapest available rate for a double room during the months of February & March was recorded, based on prices given by leading hotel booking websites. Rates for three-night stays were used for comparison, excluding Sunday to Tuesday. More affordable rates may be available for stays of four nights or more.
